Is your powder suitable for kids?

Does You Powder Expire?
Most products will have an expiry date added to the label. in general, most powders will have a 12 month expiry from production. We offer our great product to customers soon after production, so our superfood mix offer is always fresh.
Can Greens Powder Be Added To Coffee?
Yes greens powder can be added to coffee or protein powders. . However in general the powder will maintain it's efficacy if taken with cool liquid.
Is Green Powder Vegan?
Yes. Our super greens are completely vegan. All ingredients are vegan.

1.Wheatgrass
There has been a lot of hype about the popular greens wheatgrass supplements in the last few years. Wheat grass is closely related to wheat, and when dry looks like hay or straw. It's been part of holistic medicine all over the world for 1000's of years. Wheat grass is dense in plant nutrients, and has been considered as antioxidants due to the presence of A,C, and E.
It also is a good source of Vitamin K, B6, zinc, iron, selenium and manganese. A 2017 study reached the conclusion that wheat grass could be used a a supplemental treatment to cancer.
There is also a 2015 study that suggests wheatgrass has antimicrobials properties. It's sometimes confused with barley grass so make sure you check labels on products.
2. Matcha Green Tea
Matcha green tea supplements have been popular with healthy eating and superfood advocates for decades. It's packed with antioxidants including the powerful EGCg. Green tea extract may boost metabolism and helps burns calories.

4. Spirulina

Also attributed benefits of lemons are improved heart health, weigh loss, prevents kidney stones, treats indigestion, reduces fever, improved dental health, soothes respiratory disorders, and can help fight infections. 7. Stevia
Stevia is a natural sweetener, energy & superfood and used in a range of supplements. It also has some benefits that you may not associate with this type of ingredient. While it's been touted to be an anti-microbial, anti-diarrheal, diuretic, anti-inflammatory, and has immunomodulatory actions, the two most recognised benefits are helping high blood pressure, and high blood sugar/insulin resistance.

8. Coconut Water
Coconut water is has gained huge popularity of the last few years. It contain easily digestible carbohydrates, and electrolytes. It provides 100% natural energy and contains no artificial sugars. While not greens, it was included in our greens due to it's health benefits.

9. Natural Vanilla
We've added natural vanilla not only for appealing flavour, but also it has some health benefits that maybe you didn't know about. It is also delicious.
Known benefits include improving mental performance, anti inflammatory properties, antioxidants properties and can also lower cholesterol.
10. Tumeric
We probably don't need to talk much about Tumeric. There are 1000's of articles and anecdotal evidence of the health benefits of this amazing super food. Everything from improving arthritis symptoms.
A 2006 study showed turmeric was more effective at preventing joint inflammation than reducing joint inflammation. It has been used in India and the sub continent for 1000's of years as an ingredient in cooking and food. A great addition to our greens.
11. Black Pepper
We use black pepper in our blend to improve the efficacy of tumeric. A study in 1998 does indicate that a molecule in black pepper, piperine, can help the absorption of curcumin, the main active in Tumeric.
Black pepper also has it's own health benefits so it makes sense to have it in our blend.
12. Inulin
Inulin occurs in many foods including banana, chicory, barley, onion and wheat along with many others.
It can play a preventative role against gastrointestinal complications such as constipation, can enhance the absorption of minerals and stimulates the immune system. It can also help replace dietary fiber. It is a natural pre-biotic (not probiotics). Probiotics and prebiotics are important additions in many supplements.
